In October 2024, the Court granted approval to issue $100 minimum payments to eligible Class Members who have submitted a claim for inclusion within the various settlements and the claim was determined by the Settlement Administrator to include at least one authorized vehicle transaction. For most Class Members, the $100 minimum payment constitutes the full satisfaction of the payment under the Rounds 1 through 5 Plan of Allocation. Payments were issued digitally or physically in December 2024 to the email or physical mailing address included on the claim form submission.
